Keith A. Butler, Associate
Keith Butler joined KGR in 2023. Keith advises clients on Education and Employment law.
Keith comes to KGR after spending most of his legal career at Indiana Disability Rights (IDR), the Protection and Advocacy System (P&A) for Indiana. Keith worked on a wide variety of disability related issues while at IDR but spent much of his time as the attorney for IDR’s Education Team where he represented clients in special education cases. He frequently presented on special education matters. He also worked on cases involving disability related employment discrimination.
He has experience handling cases arising from the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
