Aaron J. Williamson, Associate

Aaron J. Williamson is a attorney at Kroger, Gardis & Regas, LLP, where he advises clients on business transactions, real estate, corporate finance, employment law, and litigation.

Aaron has extensive experience handling a wide range of employment-law issues, including client counseling, administrative agency actions at the state and federal levels, pre-litigation negotiations, and litigation in state and federal courts.

Aaron has advised his clients on how to comply with local, state, and federal law, as well as how to enforce contractual obligations. He has assisted his clients in conducting internal investigations into claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has also litigated nearly every type of discrimination claim (on behalf of both employees and employers), including those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). He has also assessed and negotiated the enforcement and defense of non-compete agreements. In addition, he has litigated FLSA claims, wage payment claims, and wrongful termination lawsuits.

He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as all Indiana state courts.

He received his J.D. from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2015.

Aaron was named to the 2021 Indianapolis Best and Brightest list, as well as the 2022 Super Lawyers – Indiana Rising Stars List and the 2023 Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch in America.
