Madalyn S. Kinsey is attending the 2017 Annual Meeting of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (“ACMA”) at the Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa in Asheville, North Carolina, September 14-16. Madalyn is ACMA’s Indiana State Chair and one of only three ACMA Fellows practicing in the State of Indiana.
About the ACMA
The ACMA was formed in 1974, and is comprised of approximately 400 lawyers in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. These lawyers are deemed to have achieved excellence in the practice of mortgage law. ACMA Fellows share a commitment to giving back to their profession. They focus on improving and reforming laws and procedures affecting real estate secured transactions, and raising the level of professionalism of lawyers practicing commercial real estate law.
ACMA Fellows, like Madalyn, have distinguished themselves as practitioners in the field of real estate mortgage law through their skills and practice experience, bar association activities, lecturing, authoring articles and program materials, participation in the legislative process, and writing briefs and/or arguing cases that are significant to mortgage transactions.
The three-day event in Asheville will feature networking activities, continuing legal education sessions, and a Corporate Counsel Symposium.
